My IP Changer license key isn't working.

Please ensure you are copying the key exactly as it appears in your email, including dashes. If you recently purchased the key, wait 5 minutes and try again. Ensure your firewall allows connections to api.cryptolens.io for validation.

I see a "Windows SmartScreen" warning when installing.

This is normal for new software versions. Click "More Info" and then "Run Anyway". We are currently processing our EV Code Signing certificate with Microsoft to remove this warning permanently.

Do you offer volume licensing for enterprises?

Yes. For orders of 10+ licenses, please contact us at info@warnerindustrialnetworking.com for a custom quote and deployment options (MSI/Group Policy).

Can I move my license to a new computer?

Yes. Your license is tied to the machine ID but allows for a limited number of transfers. If you get a "Limit Reached" error, email support with your license key and we will reset it for you.
